On October 10, 2018, lawyer Yevgenia Zakrevska accused judges of the Supreme Court in the improper (protracted) cassation review of the verdict of the "titushkovodo" Yuriy Krysin. He is accused of murder of Vyacheslav Veremiy during the Maidan protests in 2014. Earlier, the Court of Appeal sentenced him to 5 years of imprisonment. Krysin admitted that he had something to do with the death of Veremiy. The judge-reporter was Mohylnyi Oleg Pavlovich, and the members of the collegium - Oleksandr Petrovych Marchuk and Serhiy Stanislavovych Slynko - also appear in "Pravotvorka" as prosecutors in politically motivated cases.
On September 10, 2019, the court left Krysin's sentence unchanged.
