The information is being clarified
On November 3, 2019, by resolution of the Second Disciplinary Chamber of the High Council of Justice No. 1040/2dp/15-19, a disciplinary case was opened against the judge of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv, I.V. Grigorenko (Kyrylyuk). a disciplinary sanction was imposed in the form of a severe reprimand with deprivation of the right to receive additional payments to the official salary of the judge for three months.
Later, on November 6, 2019, by resolution of the Third Disciplinary Chamber of the High Council of Justice No. 2903/3dp/15-19, a disciplinary case was also opened against the judge of the Pechersk District Court of the city of Kyiv I.V. Grigorenko (Kyryliuk) due to the illegality of her actions.
On November 13, 2020, the Disciplinary Chamber of the High Council of Justice issued a warning to the judge of the Pechersk Court, Iryna Grigorenko.
1) The judge of the Pechersk District Court, Iryna Grigorenko, actually forbade not just criticizing, but testifying in the criminal case against Yanukovych's son. Ponomaryov's testimony should be verified and evaluated by a criminal court. But Yanukovych's son filed a lawsuit against him in the Pechersk Court, claiming that Ponomaryov's statements are untrue and humiliate his honor and dignity, and Judge Grigorenko agreed with this. It is not clear how Grigorenko checked whether Ponomaryev was telling the truth or not, but it does not matter. After all, she did not have to evaluate his testimony in a criminal case, which she did not consider.
2) In the fall of 2019, Serhiy Sternenko appealed to the Pechersk Court of Kyiv with a statement of claim against People's Deputy Buzhanskyi. Buzhansky publicly lied about him repeatedly and said that he attacked his attackers. He waited for MORE THAN A YEAR for the first court hearing on the case, because judge Iryna Hryhorenko just decided like that. Even the relevant petitions and a complaint to the VRP did not help. When Buzhansky did not come, the judge postponed the hearing for almost six months. On March 22, 2021.
Earlier, the same judge kept Yulia Kuzmenko in custody, found Yanukovych's testimony in the treason case unreliable (which is legally impossible) and sent the activist under arrest for participating in the protest against Avakov.
"I assume that she wrote the decision on Buzhansky about a year ago. With such judges, we will have legal arbitrariness in the country for a long time. The new Maidan can start precisely thanks to such Grigorenko-Wolves and other thieves in robes who only destroy justice", - informed Sternenko.
