On December 11, Denysenko tried to get to an appointment with the regional prosecutor Serhii Bizhko, who signed a new charge against him, but he was absent from the workplace under the pretext of "safety measures against the coronavirus."

Andriy Denysenko emphasizes that he is not hiding from the investigation: on November 30, he filed a complaint with the investigative department of the National Police, on December 3 and 7, he was in court together with the investigator and the prosecutor.
