The case of Andriy Denysenko, coordinator of the Movement of Resistance to the Dnipro Capitulation and a deputy of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, was referred to court.
Radio Liberty reported this, citing the local prosecutor's office.
The investigation repeatedly wanted to use a forced pre-trial detention order against Andriy. The court chose a preventive detention facility for Andriy in the form of a personal bond.
A criminal case was initiated against Denysenko under Part 2 of Article 345 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for allegedly causing bodily harm to a police officer during a rally on the day of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's visit to the Dnipro.
