Sheremet's case is "temporarily" in a coma

The stillborn accusation against Yana Dugar, Andrii Antonenko and Yulia Kuzmenko in the murder of Sheremet was transferred to a state of coma - lawyer Mykola Orekhovskyi

On January 24, the Shevchenkiv District Court of Kyiv stopped the proceedings in the case against Andriy Antonenko, Yuliy Kuzmenko and Yana Dugar in connection with Yana's military service.

"For more than two years, Arsen Avakov, as the Minister of Internal Affairs and the instigator of this case, and the Prosecutor General's Office did not have the courage to give up the unworthy accusation.
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Andrii and Yana have been forced to postpone their cases at the front, and Yulia in the operating room, and at the call of the secretary of the court session to appear at the court session, where the consideration of the case could not be started anew, because for a long time they could not assemble the composition of the court. So we'll see each other in court when Yana turns 65..." - shares Dmytro Krugovy, Andriy Antonenko's lawyer in the so-called "Sheremet Case".

4 years of lies, and the visa is still there: the real murderers have not been punished, the masterminds have not been found, those guilty of political persecution continue to smile from the television screens.

Yuliya Kuzmenko comments: "I will immediately answer everyone's constant questions - no, the case is not over, no, no one has apologized, yes, we will continue to be bullied.
But the truth will still prevail. And then only one question will remain: "So who really killed Pavel Sheremet?"

Thanks to the attention of the public and the excellent work of the lawyers, Andriy and Yulia were released from custody in 2021. It was some kind of not fun circus, not a trial. And all this was happening to volunteers and soldiers, while Muscovy was gathering troops around the Ukrainian borders.

Have you not forgotten the arrests under the courts, gas canisters in the police, control at the entrance?
We remember. And the names of prosecutors, judges, investigators as well.
