Involvement in other cases that had public resonance (in which case was noticed, status within this case, year, month):

According to some publications, Zastavenko left an illegal fine to journalist and volunteer Serhiy Novikov, who was fined by a policeman for allegedly illegally using "green numbers" affixed to the volunteer's car, in violation of the law.

As written korupciioner.in.ua, the judge did not take into account the illegal actions of the patrol police inspector, namely: the lack of a reason for the stop, the failure to remove the license plate, which was the reason for issuing the decision, and calmly let the "violator" go. Also, the judge did not investigate the fact of the appearance of green license plates on the car and the documents related to them, and as a result issued a decision in which she refused to satisfy S. Novikov's claim.

Dishonesty

(presence of circumstances indicating a probable violation by the pursuer of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption"):

Judge Zastavenko did not indicate the cost in the declarations land plot with an area of 1000 sq.m. in Makiivka (received by the judge even before the war, the plot is jointly owned).

The judge has an apartment in Makiivka (joint ownership), which was acquired before the war. What is interesting: in the declaration for 2015 the estimated value of the apartment in the amount of UAH 64,743 is indicated. But already in 2019 in the declaration estimated value of the same apartment - UAH 32,371.

Where this amount came from is unknown. Did the judge intentionally, during her visits to the temporarily occupied territories, estimate the value of her apartment there, in order to then indicate the new estimated value in the declaration?

Likewise, the judge does not indicate the initial price of the apartment.

Despite the fact that from 2014 to 2018 the judge did not administer justice (as if she did not), but in the declarations for 2016 and 2017 years indicated that she received a salary at the TU of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine in the Donetsk region.

Scandals

In 2016, the SBU appealed to the High Qualification Commission of Judges with a request that Zastavenko systematically travels to the occupied territories (in other words, the SBU had reasons to suspect that Zastavenko could cooperate with the occupiers).

Scandals

Among Kyiv prosecutors, the deputy head of the Pechersk District Prosecutor's Office, Dmytro Sitar, is known as a "prostitution expert" because he has long and fruitfully cooperated with migration police units and actively "fights" prostitution in the capital. It can be seen that Dmytro Sitar has already achieved considerable success in the fight against prostitution in the city of Kyiv, because the prosecutor's family has 3 apartments in the city of Kyiv, 2 cars, and the family also has more than 1 million hryvnias in cash on hand. In turn, the Migration Police Department decided to "centralize the flow of funds" from the activities of brothels so that the funds would go directly to Kyiv. To do this, in March 2021, employees of the Department of Migration Police engaged their "verified" prosecutor Dmytro Sitar, who organized the registration and "proper investigation" of criminal proceedings No. 42021102060000019. In order to at least somehow explain why the Pechersk Prosecutor's Office of the city of Kyiv started an investigation into crimes committed on the territory of the city of Dnipro, several unreliable reports and statements of operatives were put into the case that it seems that one and the same group of people controls the activities of a network of brothels both in the city of Dnipro and in the territory of the city of Kyiv. – source.

Disciplinary sanctions and punishments

On November 3, 2019, by resolution of the Second Disciplinary Chamber of the High Council of Justice No. 1040/2dp/15-19, a disciplinary case was opened against the judge of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv, I.V. Grigorenko (Kyrylyuk). a disciplinary sanction was imposed in the form of a severe reprimand with deprivation of the right to receive additional payments to the official salary of the judge for three months.

Later, on November 6, 2019, by resolution of the Third Disciplinary Chamber of the High Council of Justice No. 2903/3dp/15-19, a disciplinary case was also opened against the judge of the Pechersk District Court of the city of Kyiv I.V. Grigorenko (Kyryliuk) due to the illegality of her actions.

On November 13, 2020, the Disciplinary Chamber of the High Council of Justice issued a warning to the judge of the Pechersk Court, Iryna Grigorenko.

Scandals

1) The judge of the Pechersk District Court, Iryna Grigorenko, actually forbade not just criticizing, but testifying in the criminal case against Yanukovych's son. Ponomaryov's testimony should be verified and evaluated by a criminal court. But Yanukovych's son filed a lawsuit against him in the Pechersk Court, claiming that Ponomaryov's statements are untrue and humiliate his honor and dignity, and Judge Grigorenko agreed with this. It is not clear how Grigorenko checked whether Ponomaryev was telling the truth or not, but it does not matter. After all, she did not have to evaluate his testimony in a criminal case, which she did not consider.

2) In the fall of 2019, Serhiy Sternenko appealed to the Pechersk Court of Kyiv with a statement of claim against People's Deputy Buzhanskyi. Buzhansky publicly lied about him repeatedly and said that he attacked his attackers. He waited for MORE THAN A YEAR for the first court hearing on the case, because judge Iryna Hryhorenko just decided like that. Even the relevant petitions and a complaint to the VRP did not help. When Buzhansky did not come, the judge postponed the hearing for almost six months. On March 22, 2021.

Earlier, the same judge kept Yulia Kuzmenko in custody, found Yanukovych's testimony in the treason case unreliable (which is legally impossible) and sent the activist under arrest for participating in the protest against Avakov.

"I assume that she wrote the decision on Buzhansky about a year ago. With such judges, we will have legal arbitrariness in the country for a long time. The new Maidan can start precisely thanks to such Grigorenko-Wolves and other thieves in robes who only destroy justice", - informed Sternenko.
