A group of people led by National Police investigator Serhienko used force and inflicted bodily harm on the deputy of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, coordinator of the ROC in Sicheslav Oblast, Andriy Denisenko.
Today, after a session of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, the coordinator of the Dnipro Regional Council, a deputy of the regional council, Andriy Denysenko, was attacked near his home by a group of unknown people, numbering up to 10, led by investigator Sergienko. About this reported Denisenko on his Facebook page.
According to Denisenko, this happened after he refused to participate in investigative actions in the absence of a lawyer. Andriy was hit in the leg, pushed, and prevented from entering the entrance. Denisenko called an ambulance. The circumstances of such inadequate actions of a group of people led by the investigator and Andriy's health condition are currently being investigated.
