The Kyiv Court of Appeal did not grant the defense motion of Andriy Antonenko - Riffmaster against the decision of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court regarding a preventive measure in the form of detention.
Despite the fact that for the first time in a long time, the court allowed Andriy to leave the "cage" and be with his lawyers during the hearing, and the judges finally heard the sureties, the decision still turned out to be negative for the defense and Antonenko's large support group.
We will remind you that by the decision of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of January 26, Andriy's preventive measure was extended until April 2, 2021.
