Faking the case of Serhiy Sternenko.

On June 11, 2020, prosecutor Mykola Ivanovych Bozovulyak agreed to notify the investigator of the suspicion of Sternenko. During the selection of preventive measures against him, on June 15 Prosecutor Radionov Andrii Serhiyovych confirmed in court that the suspicion was unfounded, and added that he had appealed to the Council of Prosecutors with a notification of a threat to independence in connection with public pressure exerted by Prosecutor General Venediktova. The pre-trial investigation in this proceeding, without carrying out a whole set of necessary investigative and procedural actions on behalf of the prosecutor, was completed already 2 weeks after the notification of suspicion, namely on June 25.
