We thank People's Deputy Solomiya Bobrovska for her long-term support of the fight for justice in the so-called Sheremet case and for the initiative to appeal to the Prosecutor General to close the shameful case against the unjustly accused Andriy, Yulia and Yana.
"Today is the eighth anniversary of the murder of Pavel Sheremet. A journalist who was an irritant for Putin and Lukashenka. And for five years now, the story has been going on, which is a shame for the entire law enforcement system, which, either due to a dead end, or for other reasons, replaced the obvious and believable version about the organization of the murder on the order of the enemy regimes, and gave birth to the shameful trial against Andriy Antonenko. Yana Dugar and Yuliya Kuzmenko-Kiyan with motives for murder through!!
"dividing society according to the principle of national belonging, striving to make one's views the object of public attention, drawing the public's attention to certain political beliefs".
Yesterday's murder of Iryna Farion forms a series of sad dates with the murder of Pavel Sheremet, which together remind more not only of the ongoing war with the Russian Federation, but of the very danger that can and does come from our justice system.
I am convinced that there are no people left who still believe in their involvement in Pavel's murder, including the prosecutors of the General Prosecutor's Office and Andriy Kostin personally. The absolutely politicized show at their trial should have ended a long time ago with the dismissal of the charges.I am preparing a collective appeal to Prosecutor General Kostin regarding the closing of the prosecution case against Andrii, Yuli and Yana. Each of them has served and continues to serve the Ukrainian people for years, including in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine / The Armed Forces of Ukraine 🇺🇦 with numerous awards."
Solomiya Bobrovska, People's Deputy.
