The investigation cannot prove the involvement of Victoria Kotelenets “Fortuna” in the parade of Ukrainian prisoners of war, so it resorts to falsifying the case, trying to “attribute” Article 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Illegal storage of weapons and ammunition” to Victoria.
In this regard, the investigator Dmytro Baranchuk summoned the husband of "Fortuna" Anatoly Kotelnets to question him about the sanitized ammunition models found on the couple. Although the found "ammunition", to put it mildly, does not lead to a criminal article...
However, Victoria's lawyer Vitaly Tsokur reported that the petition to change the preventive measure (round-the-clock house arrest) for Viktoriya Kotelenets was assigned to Judge Svitlana Volodymyrivna Shaputko of the Pechersk Court on March 10.
"March 12 was the last day it was supposed to be considered, but they haven't even set a date for the hearing yet. This may indicate that the case is being dragged out," the lawyer noted.
