But there is one &quot;but&quot;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Odessa Court of Appeal acquitted Serhiy Sternenko and Ruslan Demchuk under two articles: 187 (robbery) and 146 (kidnapping). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the search, one cartridge was found on Serhiy, for which he was charged under Article 263 (illegal handling of weapons). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the court, &quot;keeping 1 cartridge could have posed a danger because Sternenko actively participated in protests.&quot;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was under the third article that Serhiy was sentenced to 1 year of probation. While under the other two, he was acquitted.
