On December 13, the Investigation Department of the National Police and the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, for the second time in the last two weeks, declared the current deputy of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, coordinator of the "Capitulation Resistance Movement" in Dnipro, Andriy Denysenko, wanted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On December 11, Denysenko tried to get an appointment with regional prosecutor Serhiy Bizhko, who signed a new suspicion for him, but he was absent from his workplace under the pretext of "coronavirus safety measures."<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Andriy Denysenko emphasizes that he is not hiding from the investigation: on November 30, he filed a complaint with the investigative department of the National Police, on December 3 and 7 he was in court together with the investigator and prosecutor. And on December 8, at a session of the regional council and in front of the police, he helped journalists get into the session hall, as there is a video in the news.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the same time, during the pre-trial investigation, investigators constantly avoid Denysenko's lawyer Darya Kyyanenko, ignoring her request to provide her with the criminal proceedings materials for review. During the next meeting, investigator Hrytsenko once again refused to provide Darya Kyyanenko with the relevant materials, thereby arbitrarily violating the norms of the CPC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the same time, the investigation hypocritically complains to the court that the lawyer is nowhere to be found.
