On April 11, we presented the second Ukrainian-language edition of Rudolf von Ehring's fundamental work, "The Struggle for Law."<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A book written over 150 years ago sounds extremely relevant today:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe goal of law is peace, and the means of achieving it is struggle.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, these words take on special importance in the Ukrainian reality \u2014 where our rights have to be asserted every day on the front lines, in the courts, in education, in the media, and in legislation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
