On September 3, another review of the appeal was held State Migration Service of Ukraine regarding the deprivation of the right to residence of defender and cyborg Leonid Chemodanov
According to the law, as a person who defended our sovereignty, he acquired the right to legal residence in Ukraine, which was confirmed by a certificate issued by the State Migration Service (SMS). However, as a result of police cooperation between Ukrainian and Russian law enforcement officers in 2021, Leonid initially wanted to be extradited.
And today, relying on information from Russia, the State Internal Revenue Service canceled Chemodanov's residence permit. The Zhytomyr District Administrative Court has already supported Leonid, obliging the DMS to issue the document. But the DMS does not give up trying to "exorcise" the volunteer.
The next court session is scheduled for September 17, and the panel of judges seeks to understand in detail, requesting additional data.
