Involvement in one of the cases (which case, position at the time of involvement):

The head of the group of investigators in the case of Andrii Denysenko. Together with the prosecutors, he twice petitioned to keep Andrii in custody, creating fake evidence that he was allegedly hiding. Yes, twice already law enforcement agencies (first investigator Sergienko and prosecutor Maznytsia, the second - investigator Hrytsenko and prosecutor Maznytsia) filed a motion to detain Denysenko. The prosecutor himself asked the court to leave the first petition without consideration, because on the eve of the hearing, Denysenko was in a court session, and this spoiled the plans of the investigator and to file a request for detention, due to the fact that Andriy Denysenko is apparently hiding from them. The court rejected the second request for forced arrest and detention of the investigator Hrytsenko and the prosecutor.

At the same time, during the pre-trial investigation, the investigators constantly avoid Denysenko's lawyer, ignoring the request to provide her with the materials of the criminal proceedings for perusal. During the regular meeting, the investigator Hrytsenko once again refused the lawyer to provide the relevant materials in violation of the rules of the Criminal Procedure Code. At the same time, the investigation complains to the court that "it is impossible to find a lawyer anywhere."

Also, during this time, no subpoena was served on Denysenko, in accordance with the norms of the CPC. The senior investigator in Andriy Denysenko's case, Dmytro Sergienko, does not comply with the requirements of the Criminal Procedure Code and does not respond to any request of Denysenko's lawyer, Mrs. Kiyanenko.

In addition, together with a group of unidentified persons, he participated in the attack on Andrii near his house. On December 16, 2020, a group of people led by National Police investigator Serhiyenko used force and inflicted physical injuries on MP Andrii Denysenko. According to him, this happened after he refused to participate in the investigation in the absence of a lawyer. Denysenko was hit on the leg, pushed, prevented from entering the entrance. Denisenko called an ambulance. The circumstances of the actions of the group of persons led by the investigator are being clarified.
